Gregory is a Chicago based agency lead. Once an avid guitar player in an indie rock band, he now has put up his performance axe and enjoys creating uniquely exciting and engaging campaigns and events. He is currently completing his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the Kellogg School of Management. In his free time he loves to dabble in new technology and design trends. Serve him some solid typography and a kickin’ IPA and he is a happy man.
Bob Berman

Bob studied Business Legal Studies and Political Science at Miami University. Upon graduating, he relocated to New York City where he worked on the agency side of experiential marketing and entertainment pr. After an internship with Epic Records and two years with MTV, Bob started RethinkPopMusic. While working with independent musicians in NYC he has hosted showcases during the CMJ and Northside Festivals as well as premiered The Bushwick Walkabout Festival to unexpected critical acclaim. Bob focuses on consumer product integration that targets the independent musician demographic, not only to supplement artist revenue, but also create advocates for said products. Bob is the backbone for all of the RethinkPopMusic events and strives not only to make sure that they are well attended, but experienced by the tastemaker.
Ryan Miller

Ryan graduated from Miami University with a degree in Mass Communications. He has spent his entire professional career working in the many facets of the music industry. He’s worked on the careers of over 100 artists doing either day-to-day management, marketing and promotions, or booking tours. Ryan is most passionate about artist development and spends a lot of his free time consulting with younger acts. Currently based in Chicago, Ryan has his hands full with both managing his client, The Chaotic Good, as well as marketing initiatives for consumer brands through The Rethink Agency. An entrepreneur at heart, he is always thinking about new, creative ideas and ways of doing things. When he’s not working on social media campaigns for his artists and/or brands, he’s probably listening to the newest music he can get ahold of or checking out a new restaurant or bar.
